ASC promotional film
15 mins (and 5 x 2 min DVD extras) | 2006 | Advanced Surgical Concepts Ltd (ASC) is a company on the cutting edge of research and development in the field of surgical devices, based in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Having recently developed a groundbreaking device for use in laparoscopic surgery, the company needed a film to showcase this device to a number of US-based corporate multinationals. We produced a promotional film for ASC which incorporated real footage, 3-D animation and a specially commissioned soundtrack.

The film:
ASC is a global player; devices they have developed over the past decade are currently used for standard surgical procedures in hospitals throughout the world. Having recently developed a groundbreaking device for use in laparoscopic surgery, they needed a film to showcase this device to a number of US-based corporate multinationals.
We produced the film for ASC, which incorporated real footage, 3-D animation and a specially-commissioned soundtrack.
The DVD:
in addition to the film, ASC required a number of short films of case studies to be included on the DVD along with the promotional film. Accordingly, we authored a clearly-navigable DVD which incorporated ASC's visual identity and logo, as well as the company's film requirements.
